ALERT...VERY IMPORTANT ITINERARY CHANGES...
We’ve heard from many of you by the hundreds through RSVP’s that you are just as excited about CHS50 as we are. Also many of you have made reservations for the Papa Doo Run concert. The bottom line appears to be, after crunching the numbers, that we can have for sure, ONE rattle the rafters Papa Doo Run musical extravaganza you’ll never forget. We therefore are scheduling just one concert which will star the “Papa Doo Run” band members from the past and present from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM You may acquire your tickets on line ON THIS WEB SITE ONLY FOR $12.50, which will guarantee you seating, or pay at the door and take your chances on getting seated. Check out how awesome Papa was and is today at www.papadoo.com
Also we are applying this same rational to the CHS50 Kickoff Assembly. We will have just one assembly kicking off the September 20th festivities on the present CHS campus. This will include a tribute to the members of the CHS faculty known as the TOADS. This was a legendary faculty rock and roll band at CHS from 1974 until 1981. Also featured will be a very special tribute to Mr. Bob Gomez. Shhhh don’t tell him, we want to surprise him.
We look forward to seeing you at the 50th Birthday where it promises to be a once in a lifetime opportunity to reconnect with old friends and meet with teachers you might never be able to see again.
Mr. Bill Boggie
